Supporters of Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka faced an unusual situation on Saturday, January 15, after snakes appeared in a crowd, disrupting a rally he had organized.
A video of the horrific incident shared online showed a group of men fighting the snake before one won.
Visitors had to work hard to find safety, and a courageous few shook the crawler into the tent at noon.
At the time, Kalonzo Musyoka had not arrived at the scene.
The snake was killed. One of the participants in the ceremony later sent his remains to an unknown destination.
