Self-proclaimed miracle healer Babu wa loliondo is dead.

Retired Tanzanian priest Ambilikile Mwasapile aka Babu of Loliondo has passed away.
Tanzanian newspapers reported that Babu died on Friday evening at a health center in Arusha, where he was taken away after a sudden illness.
His employee Paul Dudui confirmed to Mtanzania Mwananchi News: “It is true that the old man is dead. We are waiting for the remains to be brought to the mortuary of Wasso Hospital (Ngorongoro district)currently.
His family said he had not been feeling well for two weeks.
My grandfather, who died at the age of 86, rose to prominence in late 2010 when he claimed to have cures for diseases such as cancer, HIV and diabetes.
The retired Lutheran pastor made a fortune during the “miracle healing campaign” after seeing thousands of hopes pouring into the unknown Loliondo asking to intervene in their health.
Others, including Kenyans, have died along the way in their quest to try Babu’s special medicine.
Between 2010 and 2012, Grandpa beat thousands, after giving his mix to millions of people.
An herbalist, however, claimed that the drug was rejected by propaganda and mudslides by doctors and NGOs.
