Cerelac kid: Wajackoyah scold Jalango for belittling his presidential bid

Roots party presidential candidate George Wajackoyah has slammed comedian Felix Odiwuor (Jalang’o) for claiming to be the founder of politics.

Jalang’o had rejected the professor’s candidacy, saying he had less experience than other candidates in the race and his popularity would plummet after the August 9 general election.

Speaking to YouTube on Tempire TV on Wednesday, June 15, the Roots party leader asked the Lang’ata Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) MP to respect him saying he was too young to advise him.

“Jalang’o is the son of cerelac. I am old enough to be his father and since he mentioned my name, I hope he will fail in the race to become Lang’ata’s deputy. How can you talk to your father like that?” He posed.

The professor also questioned Jalang’o’s academic credentials despite approval by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

“We want to know where he got that degree,” he said.
