Congo’s opposition leader dies after presidential elections.

Latest news being reported is that another African leader has succumbed to Covid-19 virus a day after his country held presidential elections. The deadly virus has been killing several people with politicians being among the most affected. WHO has been urging people to adhere to Covid-19 safety precautions and measurements.

According to Al Jazeera media station, the opposition leader of Republic of Congo. Guy Brice Parfait Kolelas died while been transferred to France to seek further medical attention. His unfortunate death comes a day after the country held a presidential election.

The opposition leader was hospitalized and at a point was placed under oxygen. His death is a big blow to citizens of the Republic of Congo especially his loyal supporters who supported his ideologies.
