Details emerge of the secret late night Mudavadi and Kalonzo meeting.

New information emerged during a meeting between leaders of the One Kenya Alliance (OKA) leaders on Tuesday, January 4 about the status of their union.

The meeting, held at the Kalonzo Musyoka Command Center, resulted in a major resolution that is expected to be officially released on Wednesday, January 5.

Information from the meeting indicated that OKA directors had decided to put on the uniform before the August 2022 presidential election.

Also among the resolutions reportedly made during that night meeting is a continuation of the plan to deal with the presidential candidate among them.

OKA, which brings together four leaders, National Congress Amani (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka, Kanu leader Gideon Moi and Ford Kenya party leader Moses Wetangula, have stated they will not accept it. it is not pressure to disintegrate before the election. .

The four OKA leaders have also set a schedule for the nomination of a presidential candidate who will represent the coalition’s interests in the future.

They echoed Kalonzo’s earlier sentiments that OKA was strong and would not try to take the reins when President Uhuru Kenyatta was ousted.

Further information from the private meeting showed that Kalonzo and Mudavadi were also asked to state their position on their recent feud with ODM leader Raila Odinga and Vice President William Ruto.

Mudavadi’s recent meeting with Vice President William Ruto sparked strong reactions even from sources from the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) who indicated that the two were in union talks.

This was especially evident when Ruto attended a football match organized by Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala in Mumias, Kakamega County. The second commander at the event said Mudavadi had asked him to attend a football tournament on December 31.
