DP Ruto arrives at BOMAS for Mudavadi’s ‘earthquake’ announcement.

Deputy President William Ruto has arrived to run for the presidency of ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi.

Ruto arrived accompanied by UDA leaders including Senator Elgeyo Marakwet Kipchumba Murkomen, Garissa Urban MP Aden Duale Kimani Ichungwa among others.

He arrived at 2:00 pm with the crowd shouting for him.

Among those present were Murang’a Senator Irungu Kang’ata, Nelson Havi of LSK, MP Kimilili Didmus Barasa, among others.

During a church service earlier, Ruto called on National Congress leader Amani to ensure that his main proclamation would help bring unity and harmony across the country.

Ruto said he hoped the alleged earthquake announcement would eliminate the politics of fraud and hatred that he said had been ingrained in Kenyan politics.

“I came to church earlier today because our political friend Musalia Mudavadi promised an earthquake today. I hope this will eliminate fraudulent politics and build a united Kenya,” Ruto said.

Last week, the ANC denied reports that it had invited Ruto to launch the Mudavadi presidential race.
