Dramatic scene as Bobi Wine’s ally goes Chained in parliament.

The KCCA swearing in was adjourned after a councilor refused to obey the Magistrate and remove the chains.

The placards had writing demanding the release of the suspects who are still facing the General Court Martial.

The suspects were arrested last year and belong to the National Unity Platform. They are accused of cases related to subversion and possession of government stores.

The chief Magistrate Miriam Akello asked the councilor to who came with the chains holding a placard to take oath to remove them but he refused forcing the magistrate to adjourn the ceremony.
