Top leaders in Kenya have now taken the AstraZeneca vaccine days after its arrival.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and first lady Margret Kenyatta led other leaders yesterday in taking the Covid-19 vaccine.
Other top leaders in the government that were vaccinated after Uhuru and Margret are Cabinet secretaries Mutahi Kagwe and Fred Matiangi.
Governors Samuel Tunai, Amason Kingi also got administered amongst other holders of public offices.
What have left netizens talking is the absence of William Ruto.
They have asked on social media platforms where he is and why he has not yet taken the vaccine alongside the president as he is among the top leaders in the country.
Some also doubted whether they were really getting vaccinated with the right vaccine or they were only getting vitamin injection.
