High Court has requested the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to consider official wannabe Reuben Kigame accreditations for leeway.
Kigame sued the discretionary commission after he was kept out of the administration race for neglecting to meet the prerequisites.
In a court administering, Justice Anthony Mrima has laid out that IEBC disregarded Kigame’s privileges by keeping him out of the official challenge.
Then again, IEBC attorney Moses Kipkogei says it is outside the realm of possibilities for the commission to consider the gospel artist turned lawmaker’s papers.

He emphasized that the official political decision polling form papers had previously been printed.
The Independent official competitor Reuben Kigame moved to court looking for requests to banish IEBC from handling the papers of other official up-and-comers.
Court records showed that he needed a request from the courts, convincing IEBC to acknowledge the reports he submitted forthcoming the conference and assurance of his Application.
“A center request is given notwithstanding the first and second Respondent (IEBC and Wafula Chebukati) from handling the papers for the other Presidential possibility for the impending General Election on ninth August 2022 forthcoming the meeting and assurance of the Application,” request documented by his legal counselor Khaminwa read to some extent.
Besides, the evangelist said his established privileges were disregarded by the Chebukati-drove commission regardless of being an individual living with a handicap.
