Deputy President William Ruto who have been on the ‘opposition’ after the famous handshake. The handshake was between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM party leader Raila Odinga. The famous handshake resulted to the BBI , which is an initiative for Constitution change.

William Ruto came up to the oppose the initiative in the claim that is going only to benefit some people and leave the common wanainchi helpless. Deputy President William came out with an initiative called the hustlers movement that mainly targets to help the low in social status in the country.

Deputy President tweeted on his account that the main mission is for hustlers not tribes; Wanainchi not leaders ; empowerment of ordinary hustlers not power for the few ;ordinary hustler jobs not positions for the mighty ; from bottom up not top down. He tweeted this last year 2020 October 4th.
