Jubilee party headquarters put on auction
In an advert conveyed in neighborhood dailies on Monday, August 29, Garam Investments Auctioneers reported that they had set up the seven-story behemoth situated along Thika Road up for sale.
The structure has two cellar floors, a penthouse on the roof, a guard house and a force to be reckoned with.

In the notification, the salespeople declared that the offering system was scheduled for September 11 at an area in Pangani.
Intrigued people were welcome to put their offers in the wake of paying a store of Ksh5 million preceding getting to the offering scene.
“All that package of land known as LR no 209/1530 Emani Business Center along Thika Road, Pangani region enlisted under Farmer Industry Limited, with a plinth area of 34,000 square feet.
“Bidders will be expected to create an offering store of Ksh5 million via money or brokers check prior to being permitted to offer,” read the proclamation to some extent.
The structure was first gained by Jubilee Party, then headed by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his delegate William Ruto, in the approach 2013 General Election.
The party involved the structure as its public count for both the 2013 and 2017 decisions before an aftermath arose between the two innovators in 2018.
