President Uhuru Kenyatta is currently addressing the Nation from the Nairobi County White House, where he had controversial news of the nation’s presentation.
In a State of the Nation Address, President Uhuru Kenyatta announced the death of retired President Mwai Kibaki. Kibaki passed away a short time ago without identifying the cause of death.
The Head of State conveyed his condolences to the immediate family members of President Mwai Kibaki, including his children Judy Wanjiku, Jimmy Kibaki, David Kagai and Tony Githinji.
Uhuru later paid tribute to the great role of the ousted head of state in the development and prosperity of the country. His death comes as the country prepares to launch a new regime in the coming months
