Kalonzo Musyoka disagrees with Ngilu remarks on being Raila’s running mate. “Shut your Mouth”

Wiper Chief Kalonzo Musyoka disagrees with Kitui Governor Charity Ngilu over her call to join former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s United Nations Resolution Movement.

The former vice president has insisted he will not be pressured to join the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader ahead of the general election on Tuesday, August 9.

Kalonzo, who plans to succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta, criticized Ngilu for perpetuating what she described as her “selfish interests”.

“Some like Ngilu are telling me to join Raila. Which Wakamba sent him to campaign for Raila? I have no problem with my sister, but for that, let her keep quiet, ”Kalonzo told People Daily.

Ngilu had urged Raila to welcome Kalonzo and hand over his former post as co-candidate, as was the case in the 2013 and 2017 elections.

The governor, a vocal critic of Vice President William Ruto, said there were indications that the treadmill work in the United Nations Declaration could be directed to the vicinity of Mount Kenya.

“We demand that Kalonzo be reinstated in the Union resolution. We must fight for our place instead of sitting down to tell a story,” Ngilu said.

Ngilu’s remarks came after Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi announced a pre-election agreement with Ruto.

Speaking at a meeting of the ANC national delegation on Sunday, January 23, the DP said the two sides would begin a joint presidential campaign ahead of the August 9 elections.

“I want to confirm on behalf of UDA and my team that we will work with the ANC and all other parties that want to walk this path to bring Kenya closer … Now we will walk together and from Wednesday we will be inside. Nakuru, ”Ruto said.
