Kenyan Government makes a huge move against Miguna Miguna return to Kenya.

Kenyan-born lawyer living in Canada Miguna Miguna has revealed that the Kenyan government is once again blocking his return to Kenya.

According to the controversial lawyer, the Kenyan White House has demanded that Money Gram and Pay Pal stop him from using the electronic money system on the grounds that he is a terrorist.

The lawyer alleges that the White House of Kenya submitted the application on November 1, prompting him to take legal action against Money Gram as part of his commitment to justice.

Miguna being abroad is likely to be a user of electronic money transfer systems as most airlines do not use money transfer.

With Money Gram and pay pal being one of the most widely used financial transactions across the country, a ban on using both systems means it may not be able to facilitate its operations from one particular route.

Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s adviser is expected in the country on November 16.

Kenyan lawyers have gathered to see his entry into the country as part of a campaign they say aims to implement a court order ordering the Kenyan government to allow Miguna’s return.

Among the lawyers who have volunteered to ensure Miguna returns to the country are Chief Justice Emeritus Mutunga, lawyer Nelson Havi and lawyer Khaminwa.
