Judge Benard Eboso who was handling the case of Vice President William Ruto Weston Land Hotel has been transferred to another court.
Formerly one of the 18 judges of the Land and Environment Court (ELC), Chief Justice Martha Koome moved to other courts.
Judge Koome has also given 18 other appointed judges.
Judge Eboso has been transferred from Milimani court in Nairobi to Thika court where he will work with Judge Grace Kemei who was transferred from Murang’a.

Judge Lucy Gacheru who was in Thika has now been extradited to Murang’a.
Judge Christine Ochieng who was transferred from Kajiado will now serve with her newly appointed colleague Nyukuri Annet in the Machakos court.
Other judges transferred from the Mountain Court include Judges Elijah Obaga and Kossy Bor, who will now serve as administrators for Eldoret and Nanyuki. They will be replaced by Judge Oscar Angote de Machakos and Judge Lucy Mbugua de Meru.
Judge James Olala will serve Nyeri after Judge Lucy Waithaka was suspended for serving two conflicting sentences in the same case.
Among judges transferred included Judge Francis Muchoki Njoroge from Chuka to Isiolo, Millicent Odeny from Eldoret to Malindi, Nelly Matheka from Kakamega to Mombasa and Charles Yano from Mombasa to Chuka.
Futhermore, moved Judge Francis Njoroge from Kitale to Nakuru, Dalmas Ohungo from Nakuru to Kakamega, George Ongóndo from Migori to Homabay, Mohamed Kullow from Narok to Migori and Charles Mbogo from Makueni to Narok.
Newly appointed judges David Mugo, Mboya Oguttu, Edward Wabwoto and Jackline Mogeni will sit in Milimani court.
Other newly appointed judges will sit in various courts across the country.
New appointed judges inclue: Judge Naikuni Lucas Neperes (Mombasa), Mwanyale Michael Ngolo (Kapsabet), Addraya Edda Dena (Kwale), Kimani Lilian Gathoni (Kitui), Kamau Joseph Mugo (Nyamira) and Koross Ann Yatich (Siaya).
Moreover , Gicheru Maxwell Nduiga (Kajiado), Ongarora Fred Nyagaka (Bomet), Christopher Kyania Nzili (Meru), Omollo Lynette Achieng (Nakuru), Washe Emmanuel Mutwana (Kilgoris), Murigi Theresa Wirimu (Makueni) and Asati Esther (Vihiga).
