Nationwide curfew extended by 30 more days.
The government has extended the national curfew for an additional 30 days as part of the response to the COVID-19 epidemic.
Making the announcement on Monday, Cabinet Health Secretary Mutahi Kagwe said the positive level remained high, hence the need to extend preventive measures.
Hours of non-checking time remain from 10pm to 4am.

Other regulatory measures including opening hours for bars and restaurants as well as a ban on gatherings remain as previously announced.
As of Sunday, 91 new infections were confirmed from 3,435 samples tested in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 250,114.
