Ngirita ditches UDA for Jubilee, eyeing Nakuru woman rep seat

Anne Ngirita, who was indicted four years ago for the NYS II scandal, says she will be vying for Nakuru Women representative.

She left the UDA party of William Ruto and joined the Jubilee Party.

“I know the problems of youth because I am not well. I want to work with women and youth. I was lost but now I am back in Jubilee,” she said.

She said she returned to Jubilee after ODM party leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta urged people who had left their parties to return.

Jubilee General Secretary Raphael Tuju said anyone wishing to join the party is welcome.
