Kakamega Senator Cleopas Malala was shocked on Tuesday April 5 after a strong wind blew a tent and disrupted his political rally as he addressed residents.
The senator, who was selling to Likuyani the Kenya kwanza diary was stunned after his audience started screaming when a strong wind blew the tent abruptly and caused many to flee in panic.
In Tuesday’s incident, Malala blamed the storm on Raila, saying he wanted to ruin the climate.
“Ni pepo ya Raila, shetani ashindwe! Kweli huyu mtu ni mganga! Haya kila mtu akae achana an tent let’s sit (This wind is of Raila! The devil is defeated! It is true he is a sorcerer. Let us all sit now leave the tent),” he said.
After being interrupted, he continued his speech in support of Vice President William Ruto saying that the Kenya Kwanza government had a fund for Western Kenya.
He also promised to hold Kakamega residents accountable if he wins the governorship in the August elections.
“After being elected governor, I will empower the youth and fight addiction through sustainable economic empowerment programs,” he said.
