Another storm is brewing in the Resolution of the One Kenya Alliance Alliance after part of the team wrote to the Registrar of Parties requesting that the union’s registration be suspended.
The One Kenya Alliance, which brings together the Wiper party led by Kalonzo Musyoka, the United Democratic Party led by Cyrus Jirongo and Senator Gideon Moi led by KANU, is trying to halt the process until a number of issues are resolved.
Among the issues that the OKA team wants to address is the issue of co-candidate who according to the report thinks there are plans to work on it.
According to OKA, some of the agreements that Wiper chief Kalonzo Musyoka, Uhuru and Raila agreed to may be amended in the new document which has been submitted to the Registrar.
This comes just days after eight member states of the Declaration threatened to leave if their grievances were not heard.
