According to a study, one in five women does not change their underwear every day, and for several days they use underwear.
Experts say it is the best environment for bad insects to thrive.
A study of more than 1,000 women by The Derm Review – a skin care platform – found that 21% wore underwear for “several days.”

One in ten women wears the same underwear for three days or more.
This means that dirty habits are much more common than you might think, with your friends and co-workers pulling their pants out of the laundry basket.
Factors may include savings during laundry and costs, or environmental factors. Some may find the right thing to do.
More than half, 55% wear their pants to bed after a full day – more than 55 are the most blamed.
But the study found that one in three women (33%) wear their pants longer than recommended, with the highest number among women aged 35 to 44 (38%).
Although there are no rules on hygiene, experts recommend that you change your underwear every day and take it off at night.
About a quarter, 24% of women, said they do not change their laundry and do not change after exercise, often for those under 25 years of age.
