Pastor conns worshippers fake scholarship programmes worth billions.

Netizens have been left reacting after a renown pastor from Uganda is set to be arrested over offering fake scholarship programmes to worshippers.

Pastor Franklin Mugisha Mondo belongs to Empowerment Christian Centre church International.

According to information shared by daily monitor , Buganda road chief magistrate courrt has ordered his arrest. This order has been given following allegations that pastor Franklin fleeced worshippers more than4.5 billion shillings in bogus scholarship progrmmes.

Netizens have reacted to this order some claiming that the government should regulate churches, and their monies in account to ensure the con game in churches end.

Moreover, netizens claimed that it might be true the pastor is guilty of the crime since he ran to exile. Another fan narrated that his uncle once explained to him that the conned him 2million shillings claiming he was among the young kids who fought with Museveni in wars.
