Nairobi representative Johnson Sakaja has removed a suit he documented against the Commission for University Education (CUE) following repudiation of his certification declaration procured from Team University Uganda.
At the point when the case was called out for hearing under the steady gaze of the Judicial Review Court in Milimani Nairobi yesterday, Justice Jairus Ngaah said the representative had recorded a notification for withdrawal of the case.
The appointed authority permitted the aim taking note of that there was no complaint by different gatherings – the CUE, the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) and the United Democratic Alliance party.
“The suit is set apart as removed without any requests as to costs,” said Justice Ngaah.
The improvement comes week after week court excused a request to preclude Mr Sakaja from the gubernatorial race over legitimacy of his scholarly papers.
In the judgment dated July 12, 2022 Justice Anthony Mrima said the discretionary commission committed no misstep in clearing the congressperson.
The appointed authority said there was no proof he was not able to challenge for the seat in view of the archives he submitted to the races bringing officer back.
