Sean Andrew mourned the death of his grandfather in a unique and subtle way.
The death of Kenya’s third president has been announced today by President Uhuru Kenyatta.
“It is my responsibility to mourn the loss of H.E. Emilio Mwai Kibaki, Third President of the Republic of Kenya.
Kibaki lived a life of dedication in the public service. We congratulate one great father in the history of our Nation. A leader who has worked hard and accomplished a lot for his country. A nation that he highly valued and served with dedication and unwavering motivation to improve the lives of our people. “
As Uhuru noted in his greetings, “As we mourn this great tragedy, we remember with deep gratitude the patriotic President Kibaki’s patriotic journey in service to his country, from the time of Kenya’s liberation struggle.”
