The four positions ODM has offered to Kabogo to join the party
The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has offered four to five seats to former Kiambu governor William Kabogo if he joins their political wing ahead of the 2022 elections.
Speaking on JKLive on Wednesday, December 8, Suna East MP Junet Mohamed stressed that the former governor would be a good addition to former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and ODM.
“I agree. Kabogo has many options; he can be a co-candidate or governor of Kiambu, governor of Nairobi or governor of Migori. It will be his choice to do so. There are four options so let’s leave him alone, he will do it.

The outspoken MP opposed the possibility of a coalition between Kabogo and Vice President William Ruto, noting that they would not agree on certain issues.
Junet and Kabogo shared the same feeling that the electoral process was flawed due to the management system of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).
“IEBC has been a big problem in this country. I hope they will organize free, fair and credible elections, “Junet said.
“I have a big problem with Wafula Chebukati. I do not understand,” Kabogo insisted.
Kabogo went on to say that any party that forms a coalition will win the presidency by a landslide victory.
“It is true that there are two horses, one will be the president and the other the leader of the opposition.
Junet also noted that Kabogo was invited to the former prime minister’s day in Kasarani on Friday, December 10, noting that he would be useful in the party’s story.
“Azimio la umoja aims to bring people together. Everyone in any case your party can enter into negotiations to find a solution for our country,” he said.
