He said he was injured and cried every day, telling a judge in Los Angeles: “I just want my life back.”
Spears, 39, also said he was denied the right to have more children and was given lithium, a psychiatric drug against his will.

Commenting on previous Instagram posts, the singer said, “I lied and told the whole world that I am OK and I am happy.
“I’ve been denying it. I’ve been in shock. I’m very hurt,” he said. “I’m not happy. I can’t sleep. I’m so angry it’s crazy. And I’m sad. I cry every day.”
Spears, a mother of two, said she wanted to marry her boyfriend and have another child, but foster care did not allow her. She accused her caregiver of preventing her from removing the contraceptive device (IUD) so that she could get pregnant.
“I feel trapped and I feel abused and I feel left out,” he told the court. “I deserve to have the same rights as everyone else, to have a child, a family, any of those things.”
Spears said he felt “compelled” to make a tour with his management. He said he spoke out against going directly to a residence in Las Vegas, and his therapist was falsely told that he was not cooperating or taking his medication.
He claimed that he had been given lithium – a common drug for bipolar disorder – against his will and that this made him drunk and unable to speak.
Spears said he believed the parenting was doing him “worse than good” and said “he really didn’t know” that he could ask the deal to end.
The full extent of the reasons for which the court order was extended has never been made public. But Spears continued public work, including the Las Vegas residency and stint as judge of the X-Factor, which led many to question the legitimacy of the arrangement.

His father’s lawyer, Jamie Spears, said he was concerned about the singer’s claims in court.
“She is saddened to see her daughter suffer and suffer terribly,” the lawyer said in a statement read out in court. “Mr. Spears loves his daughter and misses her very much.”
What is parenting?
Caregivers are provided by the court for people who are unable to make their own decisions, such as people with dementia or other mental illnesses.
The care of Spears is divided into two parts – one is for his property and financial matters, the other is for him as an individual.
Under the agreement, the pop star has not controlled his money since 2008. This is close to his favorite moment.
