Video: Pastor mistakenly refers Kenya Kwanza as Kenya Kwisha during prayers at Nyayo Stadium

One pastor mistakenly referred to Kenya Kwanza as Kenya Kwisha after the opening prayer of the Kenya First Women’s Forum currently underway at Nyayo Stadium in Nairobi.

Wairimu immediately corrected herself with a slip of the tongue and went to bless DP William Ruto and his running mate Rigathi Gachagua who graced the occasion.

The word Kwisha is easily translated as the last.

The DP should sign an agreement that will give women the upper hand in her campaigns.

Ruto launched the league last Sunday in what analysts say aims to stem the tide of the resolution adopted by the nomination of Martha Karua as Raila Odinga’s running mate.

The Karua effect is said to excite women and reduce Ruto’s wealth, especially in Mount Kenya.

In her address to the Kenya First Women’s League, Ruto said she enjoyed the support of more female voters than her competitors.

“I am not the only one speaking; the referendums have also said,” Ruto said.
